natalli reznik of so you think you can dance canada has put together an easy and fun dance cardio routine that will have you burning calories, while you have a ball. do the routine five times a week for at least 30 minutes and watch the inches melt away.

this video was filmed at the amazing joy of dance centre and teacher’s college in toronto, where i am a student at. i am in the ballroom teacher’s program (yes, i have many hidden talents). when i’m finished the program i will be certified to teach 17 dances, both lead and follow at the bronze level.
not only does the studio offer all forms of ballroom but they have classes in a wide range of dance styles (for all ages) from tap to ballet to bollywood to hip hop and beyond. natalli also teaches a ‘get fit’ class on sunday afternoons. check out the adult class schedule here.
