i love yoga…hot yoga…Moksha yoga to be exact. i’ve been practicing yoga for 9 years and i finally took part in my very first 30-day challenge. i’ve been wanting to do this for many years now…finding the time being my biggest obstacle.
i am excited to report, as of this past Wednesday i completed the challenge successfully…going to yoga class EVERY SINGLE DAY, no matter what! i feel fantastic and in fact, i’m still going every day.

I’ve been a journey for a few years now. A spiritual and better health journey, with the goal to Live Joy Now!
First, I started with Traditional Chinese Medicine that cured my migraines, then I QUIT smoking and now I am practicing clean eating and adding more exercise into my daily routine as I get healthier. I love the idea of adding yoga to the mix. I have practiced it a bit but I am a little frightened of HOT yoga. Your give away would let me dip my toes in.

stacey - Wow, look at all those smiley faces next to your name! Way to go Marcia! I too, LOVE hot yoga, altho I go to a Bikram studio. Would love to try out Moksha to “shake things up a bit”. So, pick me! Pick Me! PICK ME! please. lol

Alison - I’m not sure if I qualify ( I used to do Moksha at Danforth) but I surely do miss it there! The people are fabulous, the smell when you walk in is the most refreshing-butt-kick smell on earth. The instant high you feel afterwards along with the softest skin ever is enough to make me want to go back.
