I’ve been a journey for a few years now. A spiritual and better health journey, with the goal to Live Joy Now!
First, I started with Traditional Chinese Medicine that cured my migraines, then I QUIT smoking and now I am practicing clean eating and adding more exercise into my daily routine as I get healthier. I love the idea of adding yoga to the mix. I have practiced it a bit but I am a little frightened of HOT yoga. Your give away would let me dip my toes in.

Alison - I’m not sure if I qualify ( I used to do Moksha at Danforth) but I surely do miss it there! The people are fabulous, the smell when you walk in is the most refreshing-butt-kick smell on earth. The instant high you feel afterwards along with the softest skin ever is enough to make me want to go back.
